PTS Chrome Richmond VA City Hall loc UP2
PTS, beautiful chrome payphone that was installed at the Richmond VA city hall building. This phone started out as a rotary 1C back in 1972 and went through upgrades over the years ending up virtually as a 1D touch tone smart phone. Note the "4 minutes for a $1.00" sticker is on an embossed Verizon door. The upper lock is a 29A-56 and the vault lock is a 30A.
